Ticket Refunds & Transfers

This year’s 145th Preakness Stakes has been postponed from May 16th to October 3rd, 2020. Because of this, we have updated our ticket policy and are offering all customers who purchased prior to May 1st, 2020 multiple options on their previously purchased tickets. By default, purchased tickets will be made valid for the event date on October 3rd, 2020. If you or any member of your party cannot attend the new date, we also are offering the option of a full refund or a transfer to the 2021 Preakness. If your full ticket order will be attending the event in October, you do not need to fill out this form. If you are requesting a refund or transfer to the Preakness in 2021 on one or more of your tickets, you will need to fill out this form and indicate what ticket(s) you will be exercising your option on. Ticket holders have until July 24th, 2020 at 10 pm ET to submit the “transfer and refund” form with their intentions. If you have any questions regarding the ticket options please contact the Preakness ticket office at 877-206-8042 or email Tickets@Preakness.com.

Please refrain from submitting this form multiple times with different information. We will not process any refunds until after the July 24th deadline, so it is important to finalize your decision prior to submitting this form. Multiple submissions with different information may result in mixed data on your order.
