Black Eyed Susan Race Day At The Preakness Stakes At Pimlico Race Course In Baltimore Maryland

Preakness 147 weekend opened with the 97th Black-Eyed Susan Day on Friday, May 20 and once again featured the $250,000 George E. Mitchell Black-Eyed Susan Stakes (G1). Last year, 1/ST and the Maryland Jockey Club announced the renaming of this historic race to honor the late George E. Mitchell and his work within the Park Heights community.
