BLACK-EYED SUSAN/PREAKNESS DOUBLE which combines Friday’s 13th Race, the George E. Mitchell Black-Eyed Susan, with Saturday’s Race 13, the Preakness.
This wager has a $1.00 minimum bet value, a takeout of 21% and is “conducted” on its own card, event code PID.
The Maryland Jockey Club will offer two separate two day Pick 5 wagers as part of our Preakness 148 celebration comprised of selected races on Black-Eyed Susan Day and Preakness Day. Each of these wagers will offer a low 12% takeout with a 50¢ minimum wager amount and both will have a mandatory payout provision.
Preakness All Stakes Pick 5:
A new first time feature the PREAKNESS ALL STAKES PICK 5 WAGER which combines races from the Black-Eyed Susan Day card, with the Preakness Day card.
This wager has a $.50 minimum bet value, a takeout of 12% and is “conducted” on its own card, event code PIS.
For the All Stakes Two Day Pick 5, players are selecting the official winner in each of the selected five races across Black-Eyed Susan (BES) and Preakness (PRK) Days comprised of the following races with estimated post times.
