FRANK CARULLI
Frank Carulli is the linemaker and in-house television handicapper for The Maryland Jockey Club. The 50-year old native of Summitt Hill, PA, came to Maryland in January 2002 after a four-year stint as publicity director and TV commentator at Charles Town Racetrack in West Virginia.
