ZZ Top, the iconic headliners for today’s InfieldFEST are in the house, but don’t expect them to be too lively for a few hours yet.
The rock and rollers are on the Pimlico grounds but resting up in their posh tour busses after arriving at Old Hilltop in the wee hours of Saturday morning. The bearded ones played a gig last night in Portsmouth, Va. before - to use a racetrack term - shipping to Pimlico to prepare for the gig.
ZZ Top will be the showtopper of the infieldFEST concert which also includes Grammy-nominated Buckcherry and Baltimore’s own, Charm City Devils.
As for the infield, the action is picking up with the Toyota Pro Beach East Volleyball Tour.
